Private Sessions

Cancellation Policy
Dear Pilates Friends,
We would like to remind you of our cancellation policy so it is clear and transparent between you and all our teachers.
We hold a 24-hour cancellation policy and ask that you please give us a minimum of 24 hours in advance notice if you can’t come to a scheduled session, whether it is a group class or a private session. If notification isn’t given to us 24 hours in advance, a full cost of missed session will be charged unless in a case of emergency.
Emergency cancellation means that you are unable to give us a 24-hour notice about missing your appointment or class. We allow for 2 emergency cancellations per year without any charge. We also accept a late cancellation in case of inclement weather and won’t charge you in case of hazardous driving conditions during the winter months.
We ask that you please understand, as we try to accommodate your scheduling needs the best we can, we also feel the pressures of running a successful business and the need of being respected for the time we commit to you as our client.
